Job Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and manage donor relationships for a shared vision and continued support for the charity.
- Provide support for fundraising events and activities
- Assist in liaising with corporate companies, external vendors, and collaborators on fundraising, marketing, and Public Relation campaigns.
- Assist in executing fundraising activities whether online or off-line.
- Assist in drafting donor completion reports and thank you letters for all donations to the Mission.
- Assist with social media content creation for fundraising campaigns.
- Proactively seek out and build relationships with existing donors through consistent, sustained and valuable engagement to maintain donor loyalty and conversion.
- Manage the Meal Donations, Donation-In-Kind, and other donations to the Mission.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Administration/Marketing.
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field.
- Possess a track record in fundraising.
- Knowledge of service sector standards and practices.
- Possess excellent written, oral presentation skills and proficient in MS Office.
- Able to commit to weekend and evening meetings.
