Job Description
- Assist with implementation of new HR system and troubleshooting if any data issues and/or work with the developer in resolving the system issues.
- Migration of existing data to new HRMS system.
- Coordinate with employees on new learner, administrative and backend training on new system.
- Assist with streamline process on existing process and recommendation to new HRMS system.
- Set-up of internal training/booth at various outlet to assist employees with new system interface including guiding on new clock in/out, payslip and self-help option with new HRMS system.
- Any Other HR administrative matters
Job requirement
- Proven experience in support system implementation and testing, preferably for HR system or in a similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand complex business requirements and translate them into system specifications.
- Strong attention to details with good project management skills
