Responsibilities
• Handle all reservations and quotations
• Update in FMS of all confirmed booking
• Prepare and submission ridership reports to a shuttle bus
• Prepare monthly booking summary for billing and verifications
• Update client list into FMS when any changes
• Follow up and reply to all the booking emails and enquiries and ensure confirmation
• Attend to the customer phone calls
• Prepare and submit driver clearance to clients if any
• Prepare log sheet when necessary
• Downloading of CCTV if there shall be any disputed matter
• Assist in administrative work such as filling, recording, and arranging for a hostel for foreign workers
• Ad hoc duties given by superior
Requirements
• Candidate should possess ‘N’/’O’ level/Diploma/Professional qualifications in any field
• Possess at least 2 years of relevant experience
• Have initiative, drive, and motivation to work as a team
• Prefer candidates with the transportation industry
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently
• Meticulous, organized, multi-tasking, and proactive
• Self-drive, able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Singaporean preferred
• Able to speak Mandarin to liaise mandarin speaking customers,
