Job Description:
- Assist in the examination and assessment of existing business processes, aiming to identify opportunities for improvement in cost-effectiveness, quality, efficiency, and risk reduction.
- Evaluate the practicality and feasibility of solutions intended to enhance the identified business processes.
- Solicit and analyze business and information requirements from key stakeholders.
- Evaluate potential solutions and their implications.
- Assist in creating business cases that outline potential benefits, proposed solutions to enhance business process efficiencies, and associated risks.
- Contribute to translating business needs into analytical and reporting requirements.
- Transform business requirements and user needs into functional specifications.
- Verify the integration of business requirements into system design.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders during User Acceptance Testing.
- Recommend, identify, and collect data from internal systems and external sources.
- Purge databases of duplicate, outdated, or irrelevant information.
- Conduct data validations and quality control checks.
- Utilize data mining techniques to uncover trends, patterns, and correlations.
- Design data reports and leverage visualization tools to enhance data comprehension.
- Assist in the formulation of change management plans.
- Develop technical documentation and training materials.
- Conduct user training sessions to facilitate the smooth adoption of new systems.
- Take on the role of a Project Manager as needed.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor Degree in Business Analytics or equivalent
Minimally 3-5 Years of relevant working experience - Proficient in business needs analysis (Gap analysis, capability analysis, etc.).
- Familiarity with business process re-engineering methodologies (Lean Six Sigma, Agile Methodology, etc.).
- Competence in Data Engineering, Analysis, and Visualization tools (SQL, Python, Tableau, Qlikview, etc.).
- Knowledge of Software Testing practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong people management abilities.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a creative approach.
- A collaborative team player with transdisciplinary thinking.
