- Responsible for all design related aspect – design proposal, conceptualize design, detailing, material specification and documentation.
- Prepare working drawings, plans, details and schedules to coordinate with production & site team.
- To study given architectural and structural drawings inclusive of the relevant shop drawing for preparation of any tender/ awarded project.
- To coordinate with suppliers, sub-contractors and installers to gather quotations and samples.
- To take out quantities of all related works within the tenders and projects.
- To ensure and upkeep proper records of all the given and submission drawings.
- To observe, check and report all discrepancies both on drawings and site condition verbally and writing. Any variation or deviation to the shop drawings must be recorded and reported back to management for follow up actions.
- To perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management.
