Job Description
· Preparation of Pre & Post Tender
· Assisting Project Manager by providing necessary support to meet the company, project and tender goal. E.g. Tender matters, Contractual Matters, Project Matters, General Matters
· Detect Tender and project problems preventively and ensure effective corrective action is executed.
· Ensure Contract Work strictly complied with the contract specification.
· Liaise with client, supplier and sub-contractor on execution of site work.
· Other ad-hoc duties as per assigned
Requirements
· Possess excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills and a leader to influence
· Efficient, Good Analytical Skills and Able to work independently.
· Diploma/Degree/Master in Civil & Engineering or equivalent, recognized universities under the BCA , Possess quantity surveying skills is a plus.
· Experience in a marine construction company is favourable, however, fresh graduates may apply.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office, MS Project and AutoCad
· Able to start work immediately.
· Singaporeans/ Singapore PR/ Malaysians or those holding relevant residence status may apply
