Responsibilities:

Summary:

  • Assist the Head of Department in developing business strategies and plans for both existing and new ventures.
  • Collaborate with clients, including C-Suite executives, to identify growth opportunities and provide recommendations.
  • Implement growth recommendations in collaboration with client teams.

Detailed Responsibilities:

  • Develop plans and analyze data to align business goals with company objectives.
  • Assist in formulating business development strategies.
  • Create strategies and plans for existing and new businesses, exploring new opportunities.
  • Generate strategic insights for discussions and brainstorming sessions with internal stakeholders.
  • Provide inputs and support the Head of Department on key issues.
  • Design and revise business strategies and long-range goals through plan-do-check-act activities.
  • Monitor regular business reviews, conduct proactive data analysis, and engage in strategic planning.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify strategic priorities, develop initiatives, and build long-term plans for growth.
  • Respond quickly and effectively to changes and ambiguity.
  • Communicate a clear strategic vision for the business.
  • Monitor competitive market research activities.
  • Foster an environment conducive to teamwork, innovation, and productivity.
  • Explore tax exemption and business grants in strategic regions.
  • Undertake any other assigned tasks.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in strategy planning and/or business development roles.
  • Demonstrated track record in evaluating growth strategies.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), with intermediate-level database skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Good business presentation skills, with the ability to multitask and adapt to changing requirements in a dynamic environment.
  • Leverage influential connections at public and private events (Exhibitions, Seminars, Conventions, Networking sessions, etc.).
  • 3 years of related genset and data center sales and Regional sales experience in related industry is advantageous
