Position Overview:
The Global People Success Business Partner plays a crucial role in driving People success strategies across multiple regions and locations, including the United States, Singapore, Australia, and other global locations. This role focuses on supporting and managing diverse employee cultures and programs while ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy. The Global People Success Business Partner is responsible for fostering an inclusive and collaborative global workplace. Additionally, they contribute to the development and execution of People Success initiatives that promote organizational success.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Alignment:
- Collaborate with senior leadership to understand business goals and develop People success strategies that align with organizational objectives.
- Provide insights on industry trends, workforce dynamics, and best practices to shape People Success strategies in line with business needs.
Global People Success Strategy:
- Implement People Success strategies that align with the business goals of each region, taking into account the unique cultural and regulatory landscapes.
- Collaborate with local People Success teams to ensure a consistent and cohesive approach to global People Success initiatives.
Diversity and Inclusion:
- Lead initiatives to promote diversity and inclusion across all regions, fostering a workplace culture that values and respects individual differences.
Employee Engagement:
- Design and execute global employee engagement programs that cater to the diverse needs and expectations of employees in different regions.
- Collaborate with regional leaders to address cultural nuances and enhance overall employee satisfaction.
Talent Management:
- Implement global talent management strategies, including designing and promoting competency-based talent management
- Partner with local People Success teams to identify and develop high-potential employees across regions.
- Be the first point of contact for all employee grievances and partner with the People Success Business Partner in conducting necessary investigations.
- Lead the assessment practice, program manage key assessment interventions such as Performance Management Programs and multi-rater assessments to drive high performance culture
Global Mobility:
- Manage global mobility programs to facilitate the movement of talent across regions, ensuring compliance with immigration laws and addressing cultural adaptation challenges.
- Guide international assignments, transfers, and relocations.
Cultural Competence:
- Foster cultural competence within the organization by providing training and resources to employees and leaders.
- Facilitate cross-cultural understanding and collaboration among teams spanning different regions.
Organizational Design
- Work towards conceptualizing and implementing Org Design, in partnership with CPO
Job requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in global People Success business partnering, focusing on managing diverse employee cultures.
- Strong understanding of global cultural differences.
- Proven ability to lead and influence in a matrixed, international environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate and bridge cultural gaps.
- Familiarity with People Success technology and analytics tools.
