Advocate & Solicitor (Of the Supreme Court of Singapore)
Watiga Legal LLC has openings for Singapore-qualified associates for our corporate practice. Successful applicants will experience across a diverse range of work including cross-border deals.
Applicants must correspondingly be highly motivated and a team player. The candidate has to be a keen learner and be flexible and problem solving.
Qualifications:
- Applicants from 0 to 3 PQE are welcome to apply.
- Salary to commensurate with experience.
- Strong fact-finding, drafting, negotiating, writing and research skills.
- Experience in providing legal support and advising transactional matters in general banking & finance, project finance, leverage finance, restructuring, asset finance, structured finance.
- Ability to work seamlessly across borders to deliver regional and local insight to our clients.
- Have excellent academic history and proven first-rate legal and transactional skills.
- Have had experience working with specialists across multiple practice groups.
- Have appetite for business development, client relationship management and other commercial activities.
