- Plan, develop, and implement structured wellbeing competency development training programmes for the organisation.
- Facilitate the development and growth of organisation's wellbeing community.
- Compile relevant data on proactive and preventive programmes for analysis on the effectiveness and impact of these programmes in achieving the organiastion's goals and requirements for wellbeing development.
- Work within a team to plan, develop, and deploy initiatives, such as talks, events, and campaigns, to promote and enhance health and wellbeing of the community.
- Work within a team to plan, develop, and facilitate the production and distribution of wellbeing resources for the community.
