- Manage customer inquiries, feedback, and escalate issues.
- Maintain daily records of feedback status.
- Distribute welcome packs.
- Handle payment matters.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in customer service roles.
- Possess good communication skills.
- Willing to travel to work on weekends where required.
