- Reception counter duty such as handling phone calls, generalenquiries, emails/mails and faxes
- Man reception counter, man the intercom phone system and be ableto provide professional customer service
- Record delivery of goods/services, record messages and providecoordination support as required by the school
- Perform data entry, collate information, file, type and archive documents, scan and laminate materials
- Attend to unwell/injured students
- Any other duties as assigned by the school
Monday to Friday : 9.00 AM to 6.00 PM
Requirement :
Secondary School Education and above
Good communication and inter-personal skills
Good team player with initiative
Proficient in MS Office such as MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
Preferably 3 years of relevant experience in reception and
administration in a school environment
