Job Responsibilities:
- To attend service fault call, troubleshooting and rectification work at customers’ premises.
- To co-ordinate with the customer and sub-contractor for ad-hoc service works.
- To carry out periodic maintenance servicing.
- To provide technical support including installation, testing and commissioning.
- To provide standby during after-office hours.
Qualification Requirements:
- ITE Nitec and above.
- Basic technical knowledge on Access Control, CCTV, Public Address and basic network will be an advantage.
- Entry level candidates are welcome.
