6 months contract (cover for existing employee)
Job Description:
• Update daily Sales/Purchase/DN/CN register and saved invoices into shared folder
• Daily check on invoices generated by Ops team vs ITAS vouchers - > Trigger accrual if data are align
• Daily check on entries / vouchers interfaced into Sun from Trading system (G&O and Cotton)->Ensure entries are correct
• Monitoring of Advance receipt & prepayment -> Ensure both are booked correctly in balance sheet account on daily basis and updated accordingly when invoices have been issued
• Daily Receipt and Payment checking - > ensure all funds in / out are duely and correctly updated and allocated in Sun
• To follow up closely with SSC on any outstanding unallocated payment/receipts
• Account allocation in SUN(AA) - Trade & Interco
• Trade Futures and Option - Record Daily for Futures Trade Recon
• Adhoc task as assign
