Fusion Chef – Geylang ( 51/2 Day)
- To support and prepare meal operations
- contribute to kitchen standards,line cooking, food preparaton and dish plating
- check, monitor and ensure adequate supply of cooking ingredients
- monitor food and product orders, minimizing waste through detailed records
- supervise food preparation and presentation, ensuribng good quality
- assist in maintaining kitchen organization, staff development and training opportunities
- ensure the safe and proper use of kitchen equipment at all times
- adhere to strict hygiene standard and good food handling practices at all times
- at least 3 years of cooking experience in restaurant settings
- experience in preparing chinese and western cuisine
- able to work independently
- able to manage and develop innovative menu
- strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining food quality standards
- Basic salary : S$ 3800 – S$ 4200 neg
