JOB DESCRIPTION
· Manage administrative aspects of onboarding, such as preparing employment documents
· Assist with administrative planning for new recruit onboarding and offboarding
· Assist with the recruitment process, which includes posting jobs, scheduling and organizing interviews with hiring managers, and preparing for and organizing the signing of employment contracts with selected candidates
· Organize and oversee meetings and cultural events for the company
· Assist with any other HR administrative tasks
JOB REQUIREMENTS
· Diploma in any related field
· Outgoing and team player
· Ability to handle confidential information professionally and discreetly
· Proficient in Microsoft office
