Responsibilities
50% Hunting, 50% Farming
- Assist Business Development Team in handling all daily tasks and responsibilities within the department
- Initiate customer visits and processing of various sales proposals, quotations and contracts
- Responsible in maintaining company’s database and prepare presentation materials to various stakeholders
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships while supporting the tender and business development team, project clients and consultants in their tender bids
- Coordinate with tender department and corporate HQ in scope of work and project executions and responding to their requests, clarifications and resolving any issues promptly and diligently
- Update and ensure company’s website and marketing materials are up to date and organize marketing initiative to increase customer engagement and awareness
- Identify new market trends and seek potential business opportunities and generate monthly reports for management
- Ensure procedures, products and services rendered are compiled with company’s policies, government regulations and ISO standards
Requirements
- Min 2-5 years' experience with B2B sales in a similar construction related industry/company
- Someone who is dynamic and works well under pressure; team player and takes initiative
- Well-groomed individual with strong interpersonal, communication and written skills
- Well versed in various Microsoft office software or similar software
- Team player with strong work ethics, initiative and ability to multi-task under tight timelines
- Display a keenness to be involved in the building and construction industry
- Able to read and understand architectural and structural drawings as well as AutoCAD will be advantageous.
