Job Description:
- Conduct technical analysis and calculations to ensure system performance and safety.
- Create detailed engineering drawings and specifications for fabrication and installation.
- Conduct product testing and evaluation to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Provide technical support to clients, including troubleshooting, system optimization, and maintenance recommendations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, advancements, and best practices in fire suppression technology.
- Provide technical support to clients, including troubleshooting system issues, conducting inspections, and recommending system upgrades or modifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any mechanical issues that arise during the development or manufacturing process.
- Test and evaluate prototypes to ensure functionality, safety, and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical engineering or product design, preferably in fire suppression or a related industry
- Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software and/or Solidworks for creating engineering drawings
- Familiarity with relevant codes, regulations, and standards related to fire suppression systems is an advantage
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes for mechanical components.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
