Responsibilities:
- Manage and administer the online sales order to delivery and inventory replenishment processes
- Attend to customer enquiries
- Manage daily deliveries arrangement and stocks transfer
- Prepare reports and submit on a daily / weekly / monthly basis
- Analyse sales process and control inventory
- Check, verify and process billings and invoices
- Involve in quarterly stock take
Requirements:
- NITEC or Diploma in any discipline
- Prior sales support working experience in online e-commerce operation
- Familiar with e-commerce platform (such as Lazada, Shopee and etc.)
