- Review of operation data to submit mileage claims via LTA system in a timely and accurate manner
- Liaise with relevant parties within the company for information required for mileage claims
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Execs that are related to mileage claims
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in any discipline
- Able to manage, drive and thrive in a performance-oriented environment
- Ability to work well with others in a collaborative environment
- Ability to think ahead and anticipate possible barriers
- Self-motivated to carry project to its end
- Demonstrate the ability to follow through on commitments
- Willingness to be open, to learn, and take on new responsibilities
- Good written and verbal communications skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e. Words, Excel)
