Job Profile Summary
Reporting to the Head of Recruitment- & Manpower Development, this role will drive recruitment and manpower growth through conceptualizing innovative schemes and initiatives that will aid the agency leaders in recruiting and retaining talented individuals as Financial Consultants (FC) and Wealth Manager (WM).
Job Description:
- Formulate policies and processes, enhancing current workflows, as well as provide data analysis in recruitment, performance management and attrition of new representatives.
- Direct hands on the person in charge of recruitment proposition, branding and events management.
- Direct liaison with partners and vendors for recruitment growth. Example – Universities, career fairs and leads vendors.
- Handles the execution of PACS events like Career Seminar.
- Deals directly end to end for recruitment leads management scheme.
- Oversee a team of Manpower Development Managers.

Working Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in agency management or recruitment and talent acquisition related work
- 3 years or more experience in agency recruitment or business development role with insurers
Professional Qualifications :
- CMFAS certification is an advantage
Education:
- Degree in any discipline
Language:
- Strong command of the English language
