JOB DESCRIPTION
- Support Keppel capital’s fund-raising needs through close collaboration with the distribution and/or fund product teams
- Co-ordinate and address responses to investor queries (e.g. due diligence questionnaires), requests for proposals (RFPs) and/or other written materials as required
- Draft monthly/quarterly reports to investors and ensure the timely delivery of such reports
- Assist in analysis work required for regular fund reporting purposes
- Support fund management teams in fund-related matters as required
- Monitor economic and real estate trends
- Assist in the preparation of presentation slides for research and quarterly/annual investor updates
- Assist in research on new investment portfolios, opportunities and ideas and the preparation of research publications
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in business, economics or related disciplines from a top university or college
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience; strong preference for candidates who have worked at a private equity, real estate or infrastructure financial sponsor or who have investment banking experience
- Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
- Expertise in Excel, Powerpoint and Word; solid modeling skills will be an added advantage
- Strong analytical skills with high level of curiosity and passion
- A self-motivated team player who is meticulous, detailed-oriented, organized and able to learn quickly
- A strong communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to interact well across different functions and levels
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
