Job Description
- Plan, support and be in-charge of preschool centre
- Oversee and manage Centre’s daily operations and ensure compliance to respective governing legislations
- To fulfil enrolment targets with resource-support from the Management
- Assist in the development of preschool curriculum and framework
- Manage financial expenses and budgets
- Manage and supervise staff and teachers through effective communication and role-model learning
- Ensure quality teaching through systematic assessment of the Centre's teachers
- Mentor and groom teachers and staff according to skills framework with support and guidance
- Ensure strict compliance to health and safety standards, according to Centre's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Identify training needs and provide training roadmap for staff and teachers
- Develop and maintain positive relations among the Centre staff
- To actively engage parents through building of trust and fostering good partnering relationship, to ensure the best education for the children
Job Requirements
- At least 3 years of Early Childhood Education (ECE) teaching experience
- Advanced Diploma in Early Childhood Leadership (ADECL) / Diploma in Pre-School Education Leadership (DPE-L) / Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education - Leadership (DECCE-L), or its equivalent
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Excellent people management skills with a passion for early education and people-development
- Experience in SPARK certification will be an added advantage
