- Overseeing the financial planning processes, including budgeting and mid-term planning, for the company.
- Assuming full responsibility for reporting to Headquarters, disclosure for the Tokyo stock market, and handling all responsibilities for tax filing, including Indian VAT and transfer pricing.
- Conducting risk management through the analysis of company liabilities and investments, formulating investment strategies while considering cash and liquidity risks, overseeing and evaluating the organization's capital structure, and managing fundraising plans. Ensuring appropriate cash flow and working capital for operational needs and maintaining positive relationships with banks.
- Handling the restructure of the company and overseeing the setup of the IT system of the company.
Requirements:
- Degree in Finance or Accountancy.
- Having an MBA, CPA, or CFA qualification will be advantageous.
- Comprehensive understanding of corporate financial law, risk management practices, data analysis and forecasting methods.
- Proficient in Power BI and MS Dynamics
