Responsibilities:
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
- Provide counseling on policies and procedures
- Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
- Assist in performance management processes
- Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
- Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
- Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
- Knowledge of Payroll, Learning & Development is an advantage.
- Any others ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in HR or Business related fields
- At least 3 – 4 years of relevant working experience within the Construction Industry
- Proficient in MS Office
- Possess good knowledge of Employment Act and MOM employment rules
- Familiar with PayMaster and Unit4 Prosoft HR system is an advantage
