Responsibilities:
- Act as the Finance Business Partner to the CFO and other Department Heads.
- In charge of annual, monthly and half-yearly reporting, as well as the statutory audited accounts, tax planning/filing work and loan compliance work according to IFRS listing requirements.
- Liaise with external parties such as Auditors, Bankers and Lawyers etc.
- Lead ad-hoc projects when required, such as ERP implementation, Capital Market exercises etc.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy
- Chartered Accountant Singapore / ACCA qualified or equivalent
- Trained in Big 4 Accounting firm with at least 3 years working at a Management Level.
- Previous experience in similar capacity in a Hong Kong Listed organization will be considered.
- Strong command of English.
