Mission of the Position

Key Responsibilities:
Salesforce Configuration and Customization:
- Deploy comprehensive Salesforce solutions that respond to the changing tides of business demands and objectives.
- Innovate and refine Salesforce capabilities, ensuring a seamless and efficacious user journey.
- Architect and execute integrations with diverse systems, delivering a cohesive technological ecosystem.
Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
- Partner with multiple stakeholders to unveil and decode business needs, transforming insights into action.
- Craft and curate meticulous documentation detailing both functional requirements and envisioned solutions.
Product Roadmap and Strategy:
- Steer the Salesforce product roadmap, aligning it with the overarching vision of Aureus Academy.
- Chart and institute Salesforce strategies to actualize and surpass organizational goals.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Liaise across departments, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, and IT, ensuring Salesforce aligns harmoniously with each sector's unique requirements.
- Forge and maintain robust alliances with developers and fellow administrators to deliver sterling solutions that bridge technology and need.
User Training and Support:
- Devise and administer comprehensive Salesforce training programs, instilling best practices and fostering system fluency across user groups.
- Render tier-one support and issue resolution, guaranteeing effective and uninterrupted system operation.
Release Management:
- Orchestrate Salesforce release cycles with surgical precision, meticulously communicating and coordinating with all stakeholders during deployment phases.
- Keep a vigilant watch on Salesforce updates, proactively evaluating and assimilating their implications.
Data Management and Security:
- Uphold the utmost standards of data integrity and quality within Salesforce, ensuring the Academy's intellectual assets remain safeguarded.
- Embed stringent security protocols and access control measures, fortifying the bulwarks of our data fortress.
Reporting and Analytics:
- Craft insightful reports and analytical dashboards, converting data into strategic capital for decision-making.
- Capitalize on Salesforce Analytics, harnessing the power of information to drive astute organizational choices.
Industry Expertise & Technical Mastery:
- Command of Salesforce Lightning, including the Lightning Design System, App Builder, and Component construction is essential.
- A proven track record in the orchestration of Salesforce administration, configuration, and implementation underscores your technical acumen.
- Mastery over Salesforce customizations, security protocols, workflow configurations, and data management tools.
- An authoritative grasp on SFDC Development, particularly within the realms of Apex, Visual Force, and various controllers and triggers, highlights your depth of knowledge.
- Proficiency in SOQL, SOSL, and the crafting of dynamic queries and test classes.
- Adept in modern Salesforce tools like Lightning Process Builder, Chatter, and varying APIs, coupled with a comprehensive understanding of the Asynchronous Framework.
- Practical experience with integrations such as Connected App setup, and proficiency with tools like the Ant Migration Tool, Data Loader, and Force.com platform, as well as development environments like Eclipse IDE and VS Code.
