As an IT Support Executive, you will be a part of the project team to support the IT Business Relationship Manager and Regional IT Team in successfully implementing IT systems to improve business efficiencies and be the leader in Proptech. The role requires the candidate to:
- Transform business needs into epic/user story and work with technical team to drive toward delivery.
- Part of a scrum team and he/she will lead the sprint planning session by providing business goals and priorities.
- Align immediate business needs to longer term strategy system roadmap by working closely cross workstreams.
- Partner closely with QA testers and developers to ensure quality deliverables.
- Forge strong working relationship with business stakeholders to handle their new requests, operation issues or queries.
- Supports delivery of project(s) through to initiation, requirement analysis, design, build, testing, implementation and closure
- Supporting business transition and helping to establish change, providing training and documenting user guides.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of business analyst experience required.
- Experience in IT project implementation, Agile preferred.
- Experience on enterprise application platforms
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to navigate technology and organizational issues to complete project tasks
- Positive, collaborative and solution-oriented attitude
- Knowledge of Real Estate preferred
- Excellent knowledge on IT solutions, new technologies and understand technology trends
- Excellent written and communication skills. Strong organisational, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
