Responsibilities:
i) On-Site Technical Support
- Arrange for on-site service visit, install, repair, troubleshooting, and re-location
- Set up and dismantle equipment for demonstrations
- Conduct equipment familiarization training for users
- Answer service enquiries
- Attend end user’s meetings
- Install and commission new equipment at customer’s sites
ii) Service administration
- Prepare service quotations, contracts, report, and invoice
- Arrange spare parts from suppliers
- Send / deliver repair item and spare parts
- Collect equipment for in house repairs
- Deliver new equipment to customers
- Assist to follow up on outstanding payments
- Send faulty parts to vendors for checking and testing
- Furnish technical information and quality report to Brand Principal
Requirements:
- Min. Diploma in Engineering related field
- 1 year of related work experience as field service engineer is preferred
- Candidates with Class 3 Driving Licence will be an added advantage
- Working hours: Monday to Friday: 9am – 5.30pm
- Location: Tai Seng
- Salary: up to $2800
- Able to start work immediately or on short notice
