Job Description
- Responsible to oversee and manage social media and digital platforms including microsites
- Develop content and artwork for social media platforms which includes Facebook, Instagram etc
- Assist marketing team members to execute marketing and advertising campaigns by for residential projects
- Assist marketing manager to liaise with creative agency for a variety of marketing materials, including brochure, advertisements, social media posts, website content, event campaigns and more.
- Assist to monitor the progress of all design works, from conception to delivery for residential project launches
- Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insights, and determine effectiveness and areas for improvements
- Assist in generating innovative and creative residential project print and digital collateral for sustenance campaigns
- Assist marketing manager in ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirement
- Proven 1-2 years’ experience in Graphic Design, Social Media Marketing & Content Creation or similar roles.
- Extensive knowledge of various social media platforms and basics of UI/UX
- Graphic Design, Creative thinker
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Canva, and similar content creation tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong project management and organizational skills, adept at meeting tight deadlines.
- Proactive team player with a positive working attitude.
- Resourcefulness, initiative, and the ability to work independently to deliver high-quality work.
