Roles and Responsibilities:
- Proficiency in 2D & 3D AutoCAD and other relevant software skills (AutoCAD, Revit, BIM).
- Participation in internal coordination meetings with consultants as required.
- Production of coordinated CSD and SEM drawings for SWC approval.
- Ensuring timely completion of required drawings.
- Assistance in documenting M&E drawings and periodic updates.
- Coordination with BIM consultants to deliver quality BIM Models and construction documents with minimal supervision.
- Delivery of coordinated federated models in agreed formats.
- Collaboration with M&E Manager to incorporate SWC requirements into coordinated M&E BIM Models, continuously updating and revising BIM Models throughout the project life cycle.
- Ensuring BIM Models are modeled with correct BIM parameters and attributes for BIM-based quantification and 4D simulation.
- Collaborating with the team and other relevant departments to ensure all drawings meet design requirements.
- Utilizing BIM Models for coordination, sequencing, and execution of work.
- Performing clash checks using developed BIM Models.
- Conducting QAQC checks before releasing and exchanging BIM Models.
- Scheduling BIM works and monitoring the work progress of BIM Consultants.
- Preparing as-built drawing submissions.
- Preparation of formwork shop drawings and formwork fabrication drawings.
- Willingness to work extra hours, including weekends during peaK periods, to meet construction schedules.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Degree holder in the Civil, Structural, or Architecture field.
- Preferably with a minimum of 4 projects related to LTA MRT stations.
