Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Market Research and Analysis:

Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies.


Analyze data to assess market potential, customer segments, and product positioning.


  • Brand Management:

Develop and maintain the company's brand identity and reputation.

Implement branding strategies to differentiate the company from competitors.


Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and communications.

  • Digital Marketing:

Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms such as social media, email, and search engines.


Optimize online presence through SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and SEM (Search Engine Marketing) strategies.


Utilize digital analytics tools to track campaign performance and ROI.

Content Creation:


Create compelling content for marketing materials, including website copy, blog posts, whitepapers, and case studies.


Collaborate with subject matter experts to produce informative and engaging content related to products and services.


  • Lead Generation:

Implement lead generation strategies to attract potential customers and drive sales.


Develop and manage lead nurturing programs to cultivate relationships with prospects throughout the sales funnel.


  • Product Marketing:

Collaborate with product teams to develop marketing strategies for new products and services.


Create marketing collateral, sales presentations, and product documentation to support product launches and promotions.


  • Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure all marketing materials and campaigns comply with relevant regulations and industry standard and guidelines.


  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.


Generate regular reports to assess campaign performance, ROI, and areas for improvement.

  • Relationship Management:

Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product development, and compliance, to align marketing efforts with business objectives.


Cultivate relationships with external stakeholders, such as clients, partners, and industry influencers, to enhance brand visibility and credibility.


Requirement:

  • Local Diploma and Above
  • Exhibits exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey ideas, messages, and concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Sets ambitious marketing goals and consistently strives to exceed performance targets and KPIs.
  • Demonstrates a high level of ambition and self-motivation to achieve goals and exceed expectations.
  • Good Interpersonal Skills
  • Able to work in a tight timeline
  • Possesses a creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate innovative marketing ideas and strategies.
