■OVERVIEW
Our client is a Authentic Sushi Restaurant. The role of an F&B Restaurant Manager is responsible for their restaurant 360 operations and staff management.
Location: Tanjong pagar (Work 2 min to Maxwell/TE, 7 min to Tanjong pagar/EW)
Working Hours: 6 days (Close on Mon), 11:00am-2:00pm&5:00pm-10:00pm(8 hours work)
Salary: $3,500 - $4,300 Basic + Meal & Taxi allowance if missed last train or bus
■RESPONSIBILITIES
- Attend to diners' needs or requests promptly and professionally.
- Management and ordering of items (besides food) , including beverages such as alcohol and soft drinks.
- Marketing activity, post daily social media to acquire new customers and retain them.
- Secure reservations on days with no bookings. For instance, reaching out to existing customers through phone calls or WhatsApp for promotional purposes.
- Present menu, take orders, suggest and recommend dishes according to diners' preferences.
- Maintain records of guest list and dining history.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the Head Chef & Restaurant Manager.
- Ensure that the restaurant and dining area(s) are set up before daily service starts.
- Perform restaurant opening and closing duties.
- Cashier duties, including handling transactions at the register.
- Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the restaurant at all times.
■REQUIREMENTS
-Singaporeans ONLY (candidates who require Work Visa need NOT apply)
-MUST possess either Japanese Restaurant or Fine Dining background
-Minimum 2 years of Restaurant Management experience
-Possess Beer/Wine/Sake/Whiskey/Shochu serving experience/knowledge (relevant certifications will be highly advantageous)
-Able to perform Shift work; including weekends and public holidays
