Job Duties and Responsibilities
· Managing the existing offshore drilling customers, developing a strong B2B relationship based on our superior service reputation.
· Provide on-site technical sales support to customers, providing troubleshooting on application and hydraulic drilling hose solutions on all types of offshore equipment.
· Work with internal service departments, to ensure we continue to provide a superior customer service on-site.
- Identify & acquire new business opportunities in the oil & gas market with a major focus on long term service contracts.
- Develop new customer’s base and increase our market share and maximize new business development opportunities.
- Achieve sales revenue, profitability and sales growth targets.
- Ensure timely collections of overdue from customers under their responsibility
- To proactively manage clients & follow-up to ensure timely delivery of goods and services has been provided.
Applicants must have the following skills & attributes
- Minimum Diploma qualification. Prefer with Min 6 months experience in industrial / engineering sales (preferably from within the oil & gas industry).
- Ability to manage and develop an existing customer base individually.
- Technical/mechanical knowledge on offshore equipment is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills are essential.
- Dynamic, resourceful & result oriented.
- Good team player with integrity, interpersonal, organization and time management skills.
- Able to write, documentation, coordination and analytical skills,
- Constantly striving to offer the highest levels of customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Proficient in MS Office / Excel.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, with awareness of deadlines.
- Hands-on with a "can-do" attitude and willing to get his/her hands dirty in onshore/offshore environment.
- Willing to travel in short notice when necessary.
