Oversees HR Department
- Support HR Recruitment and Planning, etc.)
- Support and Implement HR Strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Identify opportunities for productivity improvement, via review of organisational structures, streamlining of business processes, continuous improvements and performance management.
- Develop and implement recruitment marketing and employer branding strategies, to include online and offline employer branding activities and marketing efforts to attract high quality talents
- Leverage multiple recruiting sources and techniques to identify and engage candidates, including online job boards, social media platforms and online user groups
