Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead one or more client accounts, demonstrating exceptional client relationship management and achieving high NPS scores and client retention rates.
  • Establish oneself as a trusted advisor to clients, expanding our network within client organizations and fostering strong partnerships.
  • Effectively lead Quarterly Business Reviews, providing strategic insights and demonstrating value to clients.
  • Lead renewal efforts, ensuring a seamless process and successful contract extensions.
  • Work with the client and immediate project teams across various localization/production-related projects.
  • Develop comprehensive briefs to address client business problems and guide the team in delivering the desired objectives.
  • Provide oversight of the current client portfolio while driving growth activities through documented Account Growth Plans and collaboration with department/industry leads to pursue new opportunities.
  • Manage commercial targets, ensure adequate resources for client projects, and collaborate with Hub leads to address any gaps or challenges.
  • Possess fluency in all Fundamental Tools, identifying and addressing any gaps to ensure excellent client management standards are upheld.
  • Successfully drive growth through new product activations, additional projects, market expansion, and increased media spending, leveraging collaboration with the Hub lead when necessary.
  • Shift conversations towards outcomes rather than outputs, effectively articulating the value exchange to clients.

Strategic Project Initiatives:

  • Support and advocate for the execution of Client Management best practices across client teams through the effective utilization of Advanced and Strategic Fundamental Tools.
  • Maintain accurate account, contact, and opportunity data in Salesforce.
  • Monitor client health indicators such as Net Profit Contribution (NPC) and Net Promoter Score (NPS), taking proactive actions to optimize them with the support of the Project Management team and relevant capabilities.
  • Cultivate the development and growth of external partnerships (e.g., Google, Facebook, Salesforce, Amazon) by building strong relationships with stakeholders and jointly developing growth plans for clients.
  • Foster the career development of team members by supporting up-skilling and coaching other Client Management team members and understanding individual development needs.
  • Lead the team in delivering work that showcases client successes and serves as compelling case studies.
  • Identify and address any gaps across multiple departments to ensure optimal team functioning and secure client renewals.
  • Ensure accurate revenue and pipeline forecasts for assigned clients at all times.
