We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Beer Machine Technician to join our team.
Job Description:
As a Beer Machine Technician, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining, repairing, and installing draft beer systems, ensuring that our customers can serve the perfect pint every time. You will work both on-site at customer locations and in our workshop, performing a wide range of tasks related to draft beer equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair draft beer systems, including keg couplers, taps, beer lines, and refrigeration components.
- Warehousing of machines, keep track of in-out inventory
- Diagnose technical issues, troubleshoot equipment, and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Perform preventive maintenance to minimize system downtime and ensure optimal beer quality.
- Replace or repair faulty parts and components as necessary.
- Keep detailed records of service visits, equipment maintenance, and customer interactions.
- Provide outstanding customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
- Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and best practices in draft beer technology.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in draft beer system repair is a plus.
- Refridgeration & Air-conditioning skills will be useful as a strong foundation
- Proven experience as a Beer Machine Technician or a similar role.
- Strong mechanical and electrical skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and attention-to-detail abilities.
- Customer-focused with excellent communication skills.
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license Class 3 is a plus
- Flexibility to work outside regular business hours, as needed.
