Job Description:
1. Design, develop, implement and integration of IP Network (IPRAN, IPCORE, DataCenter Network, Campus network & other enterprise network) and related products (Router, Switch, Firewalls), including network planning and design, installation and commissioning, services integration and migration.
2. Embed security principles into the design of system/network architectures to mitigate the risks posed by new technologies and corporate/ business practices.
3. Providing high-level and low-level network design conducting DC products pre-sales testing Proof-of-Concept (PoC) and Network Test Introduction (NTI) a according to regression and test cases.
4. Providing onsite survey, planning, installation, commissioning, acceptance testing and network upgrade on DC products and solutions.
5. Managing customers’ problems and meet the SLA commitment in contracts, perform routine activities related to the periodic review and audit activities of infrastructure security systems and maintains documentation of security standards and procedures.
6. Supporting pre-sales teams in activities like feature request, tenders and customer technical clarifications.
7. Providing technical support to customers through remote and on-site trouble-shooting.
8. Support equipment health check service for software and hardware inspection if required by maintenance or professional service team.
9. Assist Network Roll-out team in DC product planning and deployment includes hardware installation inspection, software upgrade and implementation.
10. Support all the project delivery of IP Network product in Asia Pacific Region.
Job Requirements:
1. Minimum bachelor degree in computer Science/engineering/telecommunication or other related majors.
2. At least 10 years Network Architect projects delivery experience and at least 6 years and above of Enterprise/Telco project exposure in Multiple countries.
3. Accepts global business trips and long-term business trips.
4. Familiar with IP Protocol (OSPF, ISIS, BGP, MPLS, VxLAN, E-VPN).
5. Familiar with planning and deploying IP services, such as MPLS-VPN, MPLS-TE, multicast, SR-Policy, SD-WAN and IPv6.
6. Participate in at least 2 to 4 IP network delivery projects (IPRAN, IPCORE, DataCenter Network and Campus Network), and have certain capabilities in routine equipment maintenance, fault demarcation, and network optimization.
7. Be able to take the leadership in implementing and deploying network solutions, identify major network risks and risks, and take effective measures to solve or avoid them.
8. Mandarin is essential to communicate with colleagues in the head office in China.
