Job Requirement
- A recognised Bachelor's Degree in Business, accountancy, finance, environmental, IT or equivalent.
- Passion in sustainability related subject and development.
- Proven experience as an training executive and experience in sustainability subject course design, implementation and evaluation of professional development programme
- Familiarity with learning platforms and social media
- Possess excellence writting skill, strong in communications, interpersonal and organisational abilities
- Capable of working independently and under time constraints
Responsibilities
- Manage full cycle of training programmes including e-lerning from need analysis, design and development, delivery and evaluation
- Select, engage and manage internal and external resources to develop and deliver effective training programme
- Obtain feedback from stakeholders on the effectiveness of the training programme to continually improve on achieving learning outcome
- Conduct professional courses or modules for specific programmes when required.
- Design and develop training content for sustainability related training programme
- Manage company's website and social media
- Drive market research, benchmarking and keep up to date with best practices of learning interventions.
