Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. You will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks, including data logging, customer communication on WhatsApp, and basic video and photo editing. This role requires proficiency in written English as well as computer software and tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently log and organise data, maintain accurate and up-to-date records using spreadsheets.
- Engage customers with timely and professional responses through WhatsApp to address customer’s inquiries and provide support following SOPs.
- Basic editing of videos and photos using editing softwares such as Adobe Photoshop and Davinci Resolve.
- Provide support to various teams with other ad hoc tasks.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite.
- Proficient written English to communicate with customers through WhatsApp.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Familiarity with basic video and photo editing softwares is a bonus.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
Work Schedule:
- Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 10AM - 7PM.
- No Overtime Expected.
