SALES DIRECTOR / SALES VP

Responsibilities typically include:


· This role reports directly to the CEO

· Provide leadership to the sales team, and advisory role to the CEO in implementing sales objectives that appropriately reflect the company’s business goals

· Work closely with CEO to define the optimal performance and identify opportunities for sales process improvement to ensure organisational success

· Align reporting, training, and incentive programs with these sales and performance priorities

· Create a culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement

· Manage the sales team, operations and resources to deliver profitable growth

· Manage the use of budgets effectively

· Define optimal sales team structure and mentor/develop team members to their potential

· Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities

· Manage customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction

· Ability to build and manage a pipeline of leads and opportunities

· Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting

· Monitor customer, market and competitor activities and provide feedback to company’s management team timely


Skills & Qualifications

· Only Singaporeans & Singapore Permanent Residents need to apply

· Proven track sales record, and prior experience in the IR Resort Sales or Travel/Hospitality industry will be added advantage

· Experience in leading a team

· Excellent leadership and negotiation skills required

· Have strong business acumen to identify business opportunities and go after them with gusto

· Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills

· Multilingual, English and Mandarin (written and spoken) required; Other Asian languages or dialects (spoken) desirable

· Ability to work under constraints and to make the most out of allotted resources

· Problem solving attitude

· Digitally savvy

· Resourceful and excellent service skill sets
