Working Hours: Mon - Fri, Office Hours
Salary: Up to $2800 (Salary commensurate with experience)
6 months contract
Job Responsibilities:
- Verify applications
- Update and maintain accuracy of records
- Respond to queries
- Prepare students’ registration package
- Process requests on new courses or changes in the system
- Process appeal cases
Job Requirements:
- Minimally A Level and above
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, i.e., MS Excel, MS Word
- Organized and able to work well under pressure and with tight deadlines
- Team player with good problem-solving and critical-thinking skill
