Responsibilities:
- Supervise the day-to-day operation of the Finance Department
- Assist in cash flow management
- Handle full set of accounts
- Review AP entries
- Review and approve the AP payments and staff reimbursements
- Review AR aging and oversee to ensure that AR collections are up-to-date
- Prepare timely monthly management reports
- Prepare yearly forecast and budget
- Handle commission computation for salesmen
- Review quarterly GST filing preparation and file GST
- Review/ handle BG & LC applications
- Handle government statistics returns
- Prepare tax schedules for certain GL accounts
- Prepare audit schedules for certain balance sheet accounts
- Liaison with external auditor on annual audit
- Liaison with insurance agent for annual insurance
- To do any ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
- ACCA/ Degree in Accounting with relevant work experience
- 3 to 4 years of working experience in related field
- Meticulous and Good Positive Attitude
- Analytical skill
- People Manager
- Team-player
- Good communications skills
