Responsibilities:
- To qualify sales inquiries by understanding customer requirements, and generate sales related documents internally and externally
- Responsible for shipping documents (import/export) with suppliers and customers
- To provide assistance to sales team in daily operations and administrative work
- To follow up orders to ensure timely payment and delivery for customers
- Coordinating with warehouse team and update stock level by every month end
- To build and maintain good relationship with customers and suppliers
- Working with the team to develop business plan to achieve sales target
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirement:
- Possess minimum Nitec with 1 year of relevant experience in Oil & Gas / EPC / Marine
- On-shore / Off-shore experience will be an advantage
- Experience in piping will be an advantage
