Responsibilities:
- Process orders, prepare claim submissions and billings to clients
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure accuracy of all status submissions to comply with project specifications and clients’ requirements
- Ensure order fulfilment and meeting of committed delivery dates
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by superior
Requirements:
- No experience required
- Min GCE ‘A’ or ‘O’ Level qualifications
- Fast learner and meticulous
- Able to communicate with English and Mandarin-speaking clients
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word / Excel)
- Self motivated, shows initiative, commitment and teamwork
- Able to start work on short notice
- Ability to be organized, detail-oriented, multitask, prioritize, anticipate needs and meet the deadlines as needed.
