- Involve in Design, Costing, Proposal of Projects.
- Procurement of Equipment’s, Parts and Fittings etc.
- Responsible for planning, scheduling, conducting and coordinating projects.
- Perform project execution, site supervision, testing and commissioning, training of systems in projects.
- Assist to Managing Director in project planning and to co-ordinate and oversee all works on the site
- Monitor & co-ordinate the works with supervisors
- Handling of technical and electrical and civil engineering problems and panel termination works
- Testing all Electrical systems in the ship, Relay testing and commissioning
- Conversant with the concepts of core electrical and possess in knowledge of project management with the ability to research, design & develop new concepts to increase operational efficiency and quality standards.
- Liaison with client's representative, relevant authorities and consultants
- Identify and assess any foreseeable risk arising from the workplace or work processes, minimise environmental impact associated with the construction activities
- To involve and handle engine components reconditioning, piping & structural, steel work and machining,
- Handle cable laying and termination to various electrical systems
- Testing & commissioning of all electrical systems in on board
- Take reasonable practical measures to eliminate any foreseeable risk to any person who is at the workplace
- Ensure safe work procedures and environmental control measures are implemented at the work site
- Provide solution to the tasks requested by clients on problem of all Electrical
- Liaise with clients, vendors, contractors and sub-contractors
- Build positive relationship with customers and clients
- Work with internal department for process of project claim, Variable order(if any) etc
- In charge of project hand over to client or maintenance department
- To lead role in managing the sub-contractors for the task.
- To Involve in the thorough review of method statements and risk assessment and technical submissions for structure construction and tunnelling works for Client's approval
- To responsible for the safety, quality, progress and environment impact of the works
Job Requirements :
- Degree in Civil or Electrical engineering . OR Chemical engineering
- Minimum 4 years of experience in construction, electrical fields or chemical fields
- Strong project management and leadership skills with proven track records.
- Experience in management, operations, and leadership.
- Ready to work under pressurised environment and also more than 12 hrs compulsory to be inside and if needed night shift also able to perform as per project requirements
- Advantage If holding any technical or skills certificate
