This is a permanent role in Zhongshan, Guangdong , China, available with a client. They have a factory there and need a bilingual (English and Mandarin) candidate for a Technical Sales Manager role. This is an individual contributor role.
The job will liaise a lot with MNCs customers like Philips, Dyson, Dell as well as within the company (locally and in Singapore/Malaysia).
The Client is open to candidates from contract manufacturing companies or with experience in injection molding or metal stamping.

Technical Sales Manager, Injection Molding
Job Overview:
Seeking a self-motivated and experienced Technical Sales Manager to play a key role in driving sales and fostering strong customer relationships in Injection Molding Business Division.
Responsibilities include:
1. Sales Leadership:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals.
- Work independently to identify and cultivate strong relationships with key clients, understanding their technical requirements and ensuring the delivery of effective injection molding solutions.
2. Technical Expertise:
- Possess in-depth knowledge of injection molding processes, materials, and technologies to effectively communicate product benefits and provide technical support to clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and competitor activities.
3. Sales Process Management:
- Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and production, to ensure seamless execution of sales and delivery processes.
4. Market Analysis:
- Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities, threats, and trends in the injection molding industry.
- Utilize data and insights to make informed decisions and adjustments to the sales strategy.
Qualifications:
1. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
2. Proven track record of successful technical sales in the injection molding industry.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. In-depth technical knowledge of injection molding processes, materials, and technologies.
5. Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
6. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
7. Ability to travel withib China, to Singapore and Malaysia for internal meetings and to the USA for client discussions.
