Roles & Responsibilities
ERP (Microsoft Navision) - 75%
- Analyze, design, program, test, document and maintain IT systems or applications which align with business needs
- Managing the software development lifecycle and integrate existing software in different platform to work together
- Responsible to ensure the accuracy of all necessary analysis tools and report that provide to management for analysis in optimal decision-making.
- Support ERP System (Microsoft Navision) and create Jet Reports for local establishment and overseas and help to establish Navision System to connect manufacturing, sales, purchasing, accounts and inventory management.
- To maintain and ensure system security and data integrity.
- Maintenance of all software and IT related warranty and licenses used by the company.
- Troubleshoot issue raised by users, fix bugs and propose improvement upgrade to keep up with pace of business
IT Hardware - 25%
- Keep track and update IT hardware and software assets.
- Provide installation, upgrading, configuration and maintenance of company's infrastructure.
- Provide user training; provide computer ID, access card, email, printer and folders access
- Perform other IT related duties as and when assigned.
