Job Scope:
- Maintain expertise in product knowledge and applications.
- Provide technical, application, and quotation support to external customers.
- Assist Sales Teams with technical inquiries.
- Coordinate quotation process for standard and non-standard products and projects.
- Interpret specifications, analyze costs and pricing, and negotiate commercially.
- Handle customer enquiries and offer technical advice and solutions.
- Support sales team in providing timely quotations for ad-hoc, local, and overseas projects.
- Ensure compliance with customer requirements in quoted products.
- Process orders and liaise with customers, vendors, and shipping carriers.
- Prepare accurate quotations, order processing, and shipping documents.
- Ensure accurate data entry of quotations and sales orders in the system.
- Perform ad-hoc assignments as needed.
Job Requirement:
- Diploma in Engineering Studies
- Entry level is welcome to apply as training will be given
- Good to have sales engineer / technical customer support's experience
