Responsibilities:
· Execute the company's sales plan to surpass established targets.
Cultivate and expand a network of distributors and agents in targeted regions/industries, fostering lasting relationships.
· Provide dedicated sales and technical support to distributors/agents to drive sales.
· Attend global exhibitions/trade shows to identify potential markets and engage with prospective customers.
· Collect, organize, and provide insightful feedback on target market information.
· Cultivate strong customer relationships, encouraging repurchases, transfers, and introductions for sustained sales growth.
· Take ownership of customer information establishment, storage, and classification management.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Science or higher, with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a sales-related position.
· Proven ability to generate pipelines and identify business opportunities.
· Passionate about sales, demonstrating diligence, initiative, and the flexibility to work remotely with variable schedules, including up to 50% travel.
· Strong team spirit, a sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills, and adept interpersonal building skills.
· Valuable experience in managing regional sales, and familiarity with the Indian market is a significant plus.
· Additional advantage with experience or knowledge in Near Infrared (NIR) analysis machines.
